Complaint Review: World Wide Media Group

I have tried to cancel my account with this rip off company for over 3 months and waiting on hold for hours. I went to theirr 'contact us' page on thier website and there is no way to send them an email!!!! All that is there is sidebar about how if you don't cancel 3 days before your monthly billing date, they will charge you for the next month. I changed my card with my bank to stop these charges. Now they are calling me from Florida, Oregon and Ca. at least 2 times per day. If I answer and
tell them I want to cancel they state they are not able to help me and that an "account supervisor' will contact me. They never call me.

 Today, after getting a "Do Not Reply" email stating that since they can't access my cc anymore that they are going to take my to collection. I called and was on hold for over an hour after being transferred. Got the same run around. Finally I was told that I cannot fax or email my cancellation. I can't even find a physical address for these creeps. I like the idea of a class action suit. I am going to contact the Utah Attorney General's office and let them know about this. I am also going to put in a complaint with ICANN as I do believe they are breaking ICANNS rules of not having an address or contact form.
