I was contacted by Mr Scott Stacey from Worldwide Time Shares and that if I would list my timeshare, that he had a buyer immediately. He also said that they would sell 2 of the 3 weeks I had banked for no additional charge. This was all on 9/13/04.

I was then sent an agreement to sign, even though the money had already been deducted from my charge card.
After a period of time, (1+ months) I tried contacting Mr Scott on several occasions. (11/9-11/11-11/16-11/22- and 12/3) On 12/8 I tried again, and actually waited for 48 minutes on hold for Mr Scott. He finally came on and asked me if I had received a check. I said no, and didn't know what he was talking about. He then informed me that he had sold the property and that the client had sent him an NSF check and he was going to call the client and make good the money. He promised to call me back within an hour.

After receiving no call, I tried to contact him again on 12/13. When I was informed that he was out of the office, I asked for his supervisor, and was referred to a Mr Dillon Bailey, who, after hearing my story, said he would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours.
This he did. He called me on 12/14 and informed me that he had reviewed the "tapes" and that Mr Stacey had no right to tell me that the property was sold, simply because it was not. He went on to inform me that they would credit me $200. to the card I had used and furthermore, that Mr Stacey would be fined $500. for his mis-information and, "as he said", fire his butt. Also, that if they had more than 5 complaints about Mr Stacey, they would file charges against him.

Now as I said, this all took place on Dec 14th. I called Worldwide today (12/21) and asked for Mr Stacey. I was told that he would be to work at 1:00 PM EST today. I then asked for Mr Bailey and was told that he was in meetings and that he would return my call. (Fat Chance)
In short, Mr Stacey Scott, Mr Dillon Baily, and World Wide Time Shates are liars, and only out for your money. There is NO honesty, or integrety in this company.
If selling your timeshare of weeks from it, you will be better off to go to some reputable company other than World Wide Time Shares.
