To Whom It May Concern,

I responsed to the World Wide Web Institute fax which they offered Free 6 page web site design and Free Domain Name Registration on 9/2/1998. I signed what they called a non-refundable contract on the same date. They did not disclose any fees nor charges when I signed the contract. But I received the Maintenance Agreement and the Fee schedule 2 weeks after I signed the contract. I did not agree on those charges then I fax to them to cancel my contract. Even though no work performed, they refused to refund my $821 hosting fee because they said I signed a non-refundable contract.

They even claimed that there was only 9 positions left for that semester for the student project. Once the position was gone, they could not accept your project. I voluntary to give up my position for others, but they won't take it back. I just wondered why?

Please refund the amount of $821 to settle this matter.
