Complaint Review: World Wide Web Marketing Inc. d/b/a Great Products and More Inc. d/b/a Versawatches.com

I ordered a Tag Heuer men's wristwatch from versawatches.com (aka World Wide Web Marketing, Inc. and Great Products and More, Inc.) on December 2, 2002. On December 5, 2002, versawatches.com cashed my check in the amount of $947.00. The company issued a receipt for my order, but never sent me the watch.

I have sent dozens of e-mails to the company and many more telephone calls to inquire about the watch. There has been absolutely no response.

I have also faxed a letter to the company asking for it to respond by either sending the watch or refunding my money. Still there has been no response.

It is obvious that this company has no intention of sending the product I ordered or refunding my money. I cannot help but conclude that this company has simply defrauded me and stole close to $1000 from me.
