worldcom rip off
hello .i am outraged at worldcom wirless ,i have been ripped off.i opened my account a month ago .i recieved my first bill today,i was shocked .my bill was 85 dollars.way beyound what i was promiced.
i was told i would have no roaming charges,free long distance on the weekends.i am even being charged roaming charges for the town i live in,.i never recieved a book in english,to even acess my phone feautures,i called them and ask for a book and was promiced i would recieve one.i was also promiced my car charger,i called a 2 time and now there telling me i have to have proff of the converestion with the person i talked to,i cant pay this bill. what do i do?
