MY CELLUAR PHONE SERVICES WAS SUDDENLY DISCONTIUED. THEY NEVER AT ANY TIME CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND I NEEDED TO FIX BEFORE THEY SHUT OFF MY SERVICE.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES VIA TELEPHONE. ALL I HAVE BEEN GETTING WAS HUNG UP ON BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THAT THEIR CALL VOLUME IS EXTREMELY HIGH OR IF I DO CONTACT SOMEONE THERE SYSTEM IS DOWN. NOW THEY CAN'T EVEN LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT TO HELP ME WITH THE SITUATION.

WORLDCOM WIRELESS HAS BEEN HAVING EXTREME PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BILLING IN THE PAST YEAR. WITH THAT MY BILLING WAS INTERUPTED. WHEN THEY FINALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM THEY BEGAN SENDING ME BILLS THAT WERE FOR JUNE OF LAST YEAR AND SENDING ME BILLS WITH OVER $300.00 DUE BECAUSE THEY WERE IN BACK LOG.

I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS AS BEST AS POSSIBLE. I JUST BELIEVE THAT IT WAS VERY RUDE OF THEM TO SUDDENLY SHUT OFF MY SERVICE.
I BELIEVE THAT IS A BIG RIP OFF.
