I have been with this service for about 6 months and have had nothing but problems trying to get questions answered regarding my ever increasing bills.

I call one number, put on hold for 20 to 80 minutes only to be disconnected or transferred to another department only to be put on hold again. I have tried every possible customer service number, hunting down websites, etc... to no avail.

The only time I can reach anyone regarding this, is if I call the "New customers" number (acting as if I wish to purchase a phone) They seem to have a room full of people just waiting to sign you up for their service but when I ask them to assist in this ongoing problem, they simply put me on hold, transfer or disconnect me!!!

For weeks this has been going on now. Any assistance regarding finding a website or phone number for existing account questions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
