Worldcom Wireless cellular scam avoiding responsibility *UPDATE crooks and scams?
Worldcom Wireless solicited me at my home phone number to give their cell service a try and they would give me the cell phone to get me started.O.K. fine but when the cell phone arrived a week later it was already programmed with phone number and area code that is nowhere near where I live or work so technically all of my calls would be roaming or toll or long distance, so much for any free minutes they offered and I have been trying to contact them for weeks ever since, of course they never do answer because they don't really have any offices or infrastructure.
Wor4ldcom wireless is avoiding me so they must be avoiding others too. I want them to take their property back and to never call my legitimate phone number again. I've started a letter to the California Public Utilities Commission because nobody needs the agravation of these utility scams.

Rebuttal:
Can't I just move to the area code of my new Worldcom Wireless phone? Then all my calls would be local and free just like the solicitor said. Now is'nt that a better idea than to sit around and complain about crooks and scams?
