My story it similar to the others. MCI has been unwilling and possibly unable to correct my billing problems and nobody there takes any responsibility. I have called over 50 times during the last 4 months and nothing has been done.

I would like to file a class action lawsuit in Minnesota or Wisconsin or nationally. I have been in contact with a company in California and could use some additionaly complaints to help convince them that our case is worth pursuing.

I am very serious about this and would like to be as professional as possible when dealing with all parties.
