Worldcom Wireless consumer fraud ripoff Newark Internet
WorldCom Wireless has never responded directly to five of my emails except to say that I have not sent them my account number or my phone number so that they may reply to me. I return the email along with required info only to have it sent back saying that I did'nt send the information, or my information has been deleted. Five times and three months later, I still have a phone that I can only call out on and three months of bills of which I will not pay until the problem is corrected and my bill is adjusted. I can never get anyone in customer service, it is too busy, I am always told to try another time. I called the automated system for repair service. it is disconnected. I am very angry and upset.
