WORLDCOM WIRELESS is a ripoff fraud business with VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WEST HAVEN, Connecticut
MY PHONE WAS SHUTOFF,SO I PAID THE WHOLE BILL THE DAY IT WAS SHUTOFF,WHICH WAS AUGUST 1ST,AND I ASKED THE LADY ON THE PHONE, HOW LONG TIL MY PHONE WILL BE TURNED BACK ON,
SHE SAID 24-72 HOURS,THIS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE AND THEY USUALLY SAID WITHIN 48 HOURS,BUT NOW ITS BEEN 125 HOURS,AND MY PHONE IS STILL OFF.
STUPID ME THOUGH,CUZ AFTER I PAID MY BILL I THROUGH OUT THAT BILL AND ALL OF MY WORLDCOM BILLS,SO I DONT HAVE A NUMBER TO CONTACT, IF ANYONE HAS A NUMBER,PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU. D.J.
