Worldcom Wireless ripoff deceptive company - took too much of my money and won't give it back Newark New Jersey

I have been lied to by this company so many times that I no longer no what the truth is. They shut off my phone because they said they hadn't received my check which had been mailed 2 weeks ago. I waited another week and assumed the post office had lost it. So I paid the $117.00 with my debit card over the phone. Amazingly when I checked my bank statement for the month the check cleared my bank the same day the credit card did which means they had the check at the time I paid a second time. I called (sat on hold for 30 minutes) and was told it would be credit back to my debit card in 3-5 days. It wasn't. So I called again (sat on hold another 30 minutes) and was told that this time my account would be credite. I waited another 10 days and called again. This time I was told that they did not see any request for a refund in the notes of my account and that those kind of requests take 6-8 weeks. A manager was not available to talk to me but they would take my number and call me back. (I'm not holding my breath). This is only one of several lies this company has told me over the past 2 months. I won't bore you with the rest of the details just don't ever do business with this company. They are liars, theifs and cheats.
