I signed up with worldcom wireless in May or June of 2001. The plan that I was offered included:
-29.99 monthly access charge
-120 local anytime minutes/mo
-free digital phone
-airtime rate of .30/min.-anytime
-free call waiting, 3-way callling caller id
-free detailed billing
-200 BONUS MINUTES PER MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS FREE
-1000 off-peak minutes/mo free
-free basic voicemail
-longdistance calls from my home area are billed 0.00/min plus airtime on domestic calls
-One time 6.95 s&h charge
-one time $25.00 activation charge waived

What is my complaint?

From day 1 they have only given me 119 anytime minutes and have not given me a single minute from my 200 BONUS MINUTES. They have not once had an updated balance on my bill stating any payments made. I have had to wait ( put on hold ) for 30 - 40 minutes at a time to speak to customer service. I tell them over and over that my bills are incorrect and they state that my plan does not include the bonus minutes. A supervisor was supposed to call me back within 24 hours and no call was recieved. They are making me mail in a copy of my plan to prove that they have been billing me incorrectly. They have really pissed me off. I am sick and tired of having to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, plus get the run around about my plan. I always tell people to never go with worldcom wireless or the MCI phone company because both are trying to scam you out of money.
