WORLDCOM WIRELESS ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam rip-offs tricked and lied to us PHOENIX MESA Arizona - GARDEN CITY NEW YORK
To make it brief, my story isn't any different than the rest of the good wireless customers I've read about. I was double billed for for phone service to the tune of over $800.00 and every month I would get thretening letters.
I would recieve my correct bill at the right address ($57) and a seperate bill for ($150) would arrive at my fathers house. I spent so much time on the phone trying to resolve this that I became pretty good friends with a guy named Cedrid, who lives in New York city and was scared silly Sept.11.
The last time I spoke with one of their reps. they promised to dig into the archives (for the twelth time) and call me at home & restore phone service. That never happened! Now my girlfriend and I are stuck with 7 worldcom phones and probably degraded credit reports as well....CAN PROVIDE PROOF
