DECEMBER 2001; I Recived a phone call from WORLDCOM WIRELESS. MS. ANDERSON You Have Won a free phone, Would you like to try it. OK- ship to you within 10 day ETC.
Recived the phone-Three months later the phone bill.Their was some number on the bill,did not call. Try to call them 1-8OO-254-8991- Try for one week, all I got was a answer machine. I was put on hold for hour when I spoke to them on the phone in December.
The price of the phone was $19.99. The bil have $49.99 monthy. The minutes was correct Wrote them a letter-no respone.Five days later a nunber appear on my cell phone, 450-17857, called that #, and got "YOUR SEVICE AS BEEN TURNED OFF-TO TURN BACK ON WE NEED YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, PHONE NUNBER".
Man's voice or recording. THE ACCOUNT # THAT APPEARS ON MY ACCOUNT-CANNOT BE FOUND. Also has an e-mail address: wirlesscs@lists.wcom.com, tried to find that on the internet, but sorry, I cannot find.
