Worldecm.com Thomas Thompson On April 20th i went on-line to find a company that could repair my cars electronic control module ECM ). I located Worldecm.com and requested a quote to repair my module. I was quoted $249.00 to repair it. I then gave my credit card information and proceeded with my sale. I was given a tracking lable over the internet for USPS.com( # 9405-5118-9956-2988-8501-96 ) so that i could track my shipment to him. I waited a week and still had not received my module. I placed a call to him but got no return call. I then went on line to his web-site and the information that he was a fraud came up. Trion PO Box 322 Georgia

He will offer a free shipping lable over the web-site to track your shipment. look out for his this fraud.

I explained everything to him in advance and he was in full agreement. He would make a payment and I would send him a prepaid postage label. Once the unit was in it would be inspected and I would let him know if it was rebuild-able or not. He was contacted both by phone and also a text message explaining that his options were to replace it and get a full credit toeards what he paid already or we can just charge him for a inspection fee and give him a partial refund. He just said he will let me know and never contacted me again. Now I found this False complaint.
I don't work for free and these parts are expensive but I try to save customers money, he understood that.
I also contacted him after seeing this complaint and contacted him, his attitude was to pretend he didn't get anything and that was not the service he was contracting for. I didn't sell him a part I was only going to repair if it seemed fees-able to repair it and his part was not rebuild able. He just hangs up and won't answer me. I offered again a partial refund or a replacement at the added balance. Nothing more I can do here but send back his failed unit and a partial refund and wish him well.
