Complaint Review: worldecm.com

worldecm.com Thomas Thompson Ordered a part from this guy first he told me it would be a couple of days. After a couple of calls he says that he had to order the part he said he had. When I asked for my money back he denied me saying he could not do it. After the back and forth I finally said that I would go to PayPal and my credit card to refund my payment he said good luck. After I got off the phone I googled him to find out this is his m.o. I'm not the first and probably won't be the last. If you can please avoid his business and name he sounds friendly at first but so does the devil. Beware! Trion Georgia

Ordered a part from this guy Thomas Thompson sounded nice and friendly at first. He told me it would be a couple of days and to watch my email for tracking numbers. A week went by no numbers and no call, so I called him and after several attempts and emails he finally calls back saying give it a couple of days. After o told him I wanted my money back he tried to beat around the subject and said it wi be there dont worry.I asked again and he said he couldny and good luck on getting my money back. Finally later that week I call PayPal for a refund. Well he lies to them and says I sent him my part for an exchange complete lie. So I had to go to my credit card for a refund. And now my PayPal account had to open another investigation via my credit card company. I'll get my money but what a waste of time and patience on someone set on doing the good people that shop online wrong. What a waste of a business.

Tom Thompson that's a lie and you know it but what we do know is that you own no shop and work out of your apt in the projects. If anyone wants to know about your reputation just Google your name and so called company name. Your a rip off con artist that doesn't even have the parts you promise. Anyone can put up a web site with their mother and father's money and try to scam. Get a real job your an internet the if and a d**n bad one at that. Superman . That's what you call everybody huh. Stop watching fantasy television Louis anf get into reality before you end up in jail or worse.

Jessie called me

3/4/14    10 Times

3/6/14     3 Times

3/7/14     1 time

3/11/14   23 Times

Total of   39 Times

Payment Made on March 4, 2014 at 10:33 AM PST

From what I can tell Jessie is a 20 year old who lives with his Mom & Dad's apartment and is unemployed.. That would explain him calling me 39 times in a week. Day 1 he made a payment to initiate a order. March 4th he proceeds to call me and hang up over and over again a total of 23 times. I was on the road delivering computers to local shops who are within 30 miles radius. I get back in and call him and he wants to confirm I have got his payment and he wants me to ship that same minute. In his tiny mind I have nothing else to do but drop all others and just do his order.

I had to explain to Jessie this is a $1,400 computer by dealers price and I gave him a super deal to help him out of $349 a savings of over $1,000 and the dealer only gives a 1 year warranty and I gave him a LIFETIME WARRANTY... Now lets make this even more interesting He is driving a old Mercedes a 2003 Mercedes C240 I'm not sure how many of these cars Mercedes built and shipped to the USA but it can't be that many.. Making finding a good core to rebuild and give a LIFETIME WARRANTY a huge job...

I simply charged Jessie for our part location service and then the rebuilding and to carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY... He wasn't charged for the computer we are just swapping our good one for his bad one..

Most people would have been sooo happy and grateful they would be patient and let me get the order together and shipped.. He finally settles down and says oh ok so your going to get it for me quick. Well of course..

Now the Invoice he made payment from had given the delivery time. It says the following:

Terms and conditions

This is for the service of Part Locator & rebuilding your ECM and you will get a LIFETIME WARRANTY see details at: www.worldecm.com We are not responsible for any cost that is related to your cars repair or towing or any other labor or cost to repair your car/truck. We are just selling a service and or a part. Core must be returned within 10 business days or warranty is voided

This order will be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address provided. I will email you tracking #s when it has been shipped. Allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive...
Thank you for your Business

Business day 5 he has already complained to Paypal and opened a not delivered case... I spoke to Paypal and they saw the invoice said allow 5 to 10 business days and they closed the case in my favor and right then and there I canceled the order I had placed with my supplier because I could see a pattern this guy was going to be nothing but trouble... I started to process a refund and get rid of Mr JESSE GALLOWAY of  xx N. FRWY APT 156 HOUSTON, TX 77076

He was refunded in full and even that wasn't enough he is here crying like he is a victim. In a world that everything is instant or fast food style some people have no idea that sometimes you have to be patient. I'm very lucky I have customers all over the world and most of them are mechanics with busy shops and they are use to ordering parts and the lead time it takes to get the order delivered. Especially for a very rare and valuable car part as these Mercedes computers are. I service and rebuild all sorts of cars and trucks from Maserati, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Bentley, Porsche, Rose Royce, Land Rovers, BMW, Mercedes, to Jeeps and fords, Dodge, Chevys, Pontiac you name it... Even Harley Davidson motor cycles and yachts.... I'm considering helicopters and planes... From ECM, ECU, TCM, BCM, DME, ABS, Door Modules, Windows Modules, Seat Modules well you get the idea...

I wish Jessie well in his search for a good reliable computer for his Mercedes but he is no longer welcome here.

So if you need a great reliable computer module at a very reasonable price as I have offered Jessie and your not going to be a problem give me a call and I will be more then happy to help you. Visit my website at www.worldecm.com and or

call me at 1-770-406-6011

Thanks you for your time,
