I ordered a product that never arrived!
After 2 weeks they e-mail and said they were out!
Asked for refund 2 weeks ago, they claim they are trying to refund money but I still have not recieved it!

I had a similar experience BUT they came through for me with flying colors. i emailed the customerservice@worldexpressrx.com, explained my situation, and they kindly completed my order.
Perhaps the reason the person above / below received such bad service is because maybe WorldExpressRx's business processes aren't really defined completely. Refund processes tend to get attention only when necessary. Anyway, turns out, according to the person in the email, that they tried changing shippers / suppliers during my order, and they experienced significant hiccups because of that, and that was why my order was botched. To compensate me for my troubles, they included an extra 10 tablets to my 30 that i ordered. I ordered one type, but got another, but got the same dosage plus about 33% more for my money. I ordered again after that, and i got mhy order within 6 days. As of this writing, on March 30th, i cannot contact anyone there. i've emailed every email address i have for them, but nothing. Maybe they're having server or website problems or something. Anyway, i've never lost a penny using WorldExpressRx before. On the contrary, i'd like to order more but their site is down, and has been for days.
