I invite anyone to stand by me.

My claims are going to be under investigation by Judd Edwards, Ownercare Specialist.

He called me two days ago.  He mentioned that calls may be recorded and so on.  I said that I wanted it to be and he said he can't ask for it to be recorded that some could be or not.  I then stated to him that I was recording. I did record his response to that which ended up being 4:33 minutes.

For the most part it's Company policy and for legal reasons he can not and will not consent to being recorded by me.  We will communitcate via Email because I told him that I need proof because I do plan on moving forward with my complaints.

My story is no different than many others.  I want Worldmark/Wyndham to stop with their high pressure sales, stop selling points on rental sites, stop selling points through search engines, stop lying about the value, stop lying about fee's and benefis, and above all they need to stop taking advantage of people.  What more needs to be known nationwide on top of the recent Whistleblower case that exposed many of our complaints but was prejudice towards owners that were not of senior citizen class, none the less this case is proof in itself that WorlMark/Wyndham scams people.

Early December, 2017 I sent several emails to owner care and title services stating my complaints as well as my intent to report them to the Attorney General, Real Estate Board, Consumer affairs, BBB, etc.  I also stated my intent to post on any and every social/media site such as ripoffreport.com _THIS IS WHEN I STARTED GETTING CALLS FROM OWNERCARE.  THEY LEFT SINCERE VOICE MESSAGE'S EXPRESSING THEIR CONCERN FOR MY CONCERNS.

I spoke to a Karen who works in owner care, which I recorded with her permission.  Long story short it ended with send a certify letter to Washington with all my complaints as detailed as possible and attach any documentation.

Typed the letter, sent it certified, and here is where we are.  I will share my story, as it progress's, with the public.

The psychology behind high pressured sales is usually unethical, unfair, and unjust.  High Pressure Sales are not allowed.
