Late correspondence respond in regards to return and once the product was returned have not received the refund. Bought this bag on worldofbags.com on 10/20/09. Once I received it, I did not like the bag so I logged into the site and initiated a return on 10/27/09. Sent them an email on 11/05/09 since I had not heard about the RMA. Sent another reminder on 11/07/09. Got a reply from Cora Davidson on 11/09/2009 that the product can be sent back and a refund will be issued. I even made sure that I had initiated the return process on 11/27/09, will I still be able to return it. Cora confirmed yes I could return it. I returned the product via USPS (of course sent them the tracking number as well. Sent them emails on 11/29/09 and 12/03/09 asking for a status. Have not heard and have not received the refund either.
