worldofwatches.com AKA World of watches online order was canceled due to accepted reasons, two month waiting for a refund and being ignored by their staff Hollywood Florida

I made a watch order for over 6000$ on april, the company salesman did not warn me of anything i asked if it could be shipped internationaly and how long it would take and everything went smothly, they asked me for a wire transfer and i did.

almost 2 weeks later i contacted them again asking why it was not shipped yet, and got a reply acouple of days later, saying that it cannot be shipped due to exotic strap not being alowed to ship overseas.

So i asked them now what and they informed me that they will be sending me my money in form of a chiq via regular mail.

Nothing can be done about this so it ok.

I waited for almost 2 month and still got nothing, in that period i contacted their customer service only to get a rude reply, but after the 2 months i contacted the same guy again and he apologized and said that they will refund me by a wire transfer and asked for my bank account detail which i sent them.

two weeks have passed since the bank account details were sent and i have not received my money nor did i get any e-mail or anything.

i contacted the same person few days ago, sent a request through their site to customer service yesterday and i sent an e-mail to them today and still nothing not even a reply.

So after contacing them on facebook got a message from someone incharge apperantly because i just got my refund. Finally
