Complaint Review: Worldpay

Worldpay Continued to deduct from our account for more than a year after we closed our business, even though we had none of their terminals. Somw monthly fees more than $300 per month/ Customer servoce provides no assistance and apparenltly does't pass the complaint on to business services. No followup from customer services Atlanta Nationwide

Worldpay will continue to charge your bank account, even if you close your business. They make it extremely difficult to rectify the problem and do not follow-up in any attempt to resolve. Their customer service only provides lip service and is totally unable and or unwilling to solve the problem. If you open a customer service case their response every time is a survey on "how did they do" nver about the issue or they tell you they don't have access to help solve the pronlem/ Do not under any circumstances use Worldpay for card services. Be careful with this as they also hide behind retailers who sell their services. I had to close the bank account to stop them from removing funds from mu account. I'm still trying to get a return on more thana years worth of charges to my account. I'd love to file a class action against them (anybody want to join in)
