Complaint Review: Worldpetstore

Hi I wish I would have found this site before I placed an order with this company, alas I didnt.I ordered approx $50 of goods from this company. I received an email to say this product was no longer in circulation, but they had already taken my money. I have tried to call both numbers, the 1800 is disconnected, the other is just an answer machine.

I have also read on other sites, that this company has been doing this for at least a year, and also that a few people have received refunds, but a onth or so later have had money taken from their accounts by the same company.

Hope this avoids anyone else further problems.
