This website is ran by someone named Justin Nguyen. This person works with a few other people and they run a small website with laptops and books and all kinds of stuff at a cheaper price. They had a opening discount period where items were pretty cheap. I ordered a 15" MacBook Pro that was around $1999 for $1299 on their site.

After I ordered they took 5 days to process this and actually ship the order, although they were responding to their e-mails regularly, 5 days to ship something after a credit card confirm is a bit long. Not to mention once they did ship it, I asked for some kind of confirmation / tracking number and guess what! They didn't even have one for me.

That's right they shipped a laptop worth about two-thousand dollars with no confirmation, and most likely no insurance because they shipped it through the USPS parcel.

Anyway, this shipping process takes usually 2-9 days, maybe a few more after I spoke to a few different USPS representatives. It's now day 17 and there is no tracking number for me still, nor do I have a clue where the package is at.

I have talked to these people on the phone and they are very hard to understand because they obviously are not fluent in speaking English. I am going to be getting my money back through my credit card but I want people to know that this website is nothing but a sham. It does not take 17 days to ship something through parcel. No company should be shipping expensive items without confirmation numbers and insurance on their items.

NOBODY use this website, they have terrible customer service and I have been told numerous times "I do not care if I lose a few customers, you mean nothing to me."

Is that really what you want the person to feel who is shipping an item to you? They don't care what happens after that, as long as they get paid.

Your money was refunded. We did not keep your money. If there were a problem we tried our best to resolved the issues. If you asked any of the customer, if he or she receive their money back. They probably tell you 100% yes.
