Complaint Review: WORLDTICKETSHOP:COM

Hi, I ordered tickets from worldticketshop.com for U2 Paris September 18th. I reserved by ticket on the 29th of October 2009. I sent various emails to confirm if all was fine with the ticket in advance of the concert (copies I have stored on my email account). Today I received an email which as follows : - " Dear Sir/Madam, We want to inform you about your U2 tickets for the 18th of September. We did not received the tickets at our office yet and contacted our supplier about this. He informed us that there went something wrong with the reservation of the tickets. We are very sorry for this bad news. Unfortunately we cannot arrange new tickets and therefore we will refund you the money. You will see this amount on your next credit card overview.

Kind Regards, Annika " There is only one contact number 31 (0) 50 201 1524 which I tried and got through to a person called "Jos". He was not able to provide me with details why I did not receive my ticket. Additionally he was unable to redirect me to his superior or a person that could help me. It appears that this is the only number for the company ? The CEO is sebastian monteban (((link redacted))) I am very disappointed and would appreciate your advice in this matter. I have also found verious scam reports from others by just googling worldticketshop.com reviews (((link redacted)))  Kind Regards, Graham ****
