Young lady was agilely working in China as Philippinne domestic. Wanted to come to u.s. funds were provided to Frank Fu for VISA. When she was due to leave she was stoped at costumes with gold bar. Miss Laarni Ginto was put in detention and bar was confiscated. Frank Fu requested more funds to pay fine. Then funds were requested to pay for dodocumented ownership and tax so bar could be sold. All documents provided VISA, ownership,passport and bank statments were false. There was never gold bar. Money involved by wire transfer. Contactefd attorney in China said address was flase and more than likely Middle East scam or Africa. Reported to U.S. Embassy China,ic3 filedand Consumer and Enforcement Network. Worldtimetravels has large internet add on web. The standard of ethical business in China ranks one of the lowest in the world. In fact a recently published survey China the most dishonest country in the world. Contacted the Premier of China deaf ears. Notified U.S. Embassy that Frank Fu and Laarni Dento had politely negative feeling towards U.S. sholud be looked at hard for other activity. Mr. fu seamed to think that nothing could be done to them which leads me to believe they have done this before.

Contacted all of U.S. embassy's in Asia/Middle East with Laarni ginto photos and Frank Fu information. On December 31, 2015 Frank Fu contacted me to say he was not a terrorist. He also stated he did not know where Laarni Ginto was. He thinks Laarni Ginto went back to the Philippines he would look for her and turn he over to me.
My comments to Frank Fu the documents he provided to mewere all false as follows:
1. Philippine passpot Laarni Ginto she is not a filipino.
2. Gold Bar documents are false.
3. The dentition documents for Gold Bar false
4. Laarni Ginto work contract is false.
5. Laarni Ginto address in China false.
Told Frank Fu the nefative comments and Ginto made against U.S. gov, Chinese gov and Mulaysian gov. They would have to defend when they are apprehended. Requested the funds be returned that they stole. That was my last contact with them.
After further investigation I am now convinced they are home based in Singapore for following reasons:
1. Web desing for Worldtimetraves is located in Singapor.
2. The time frame conversations with Laarni Ginto match.
3. The e-mail address Preciousloves415@yahoo.com is not chinese they use gmail. Singapore and Philippine use Yahoo.
4. Worldwidetraves address in China is false.
5. Do not beleive Laarni Ginto is Filipino she does not know enough about the language or the country.
The Chinese gov has no desire to look into this matter. They dont seam to care what illegal activites go on in the name of China. My e-mails with info to the Premier have been blocked.
Singapor police contacted me rquesting more information which i will provide.
