1) The plan purchased below does not work. The link guides us to an expired page when we tried to execute on 2/15/03. Since then, we had sent 6 emails per their instruction. But there is no single reply. There are no contact persons and phone numbers on the site. The mother company is Innovative Internet Services, Inc. The company's phone number is only a voice system. We left message at the voice but no reply.

2) The 2 hosting plans we purchased separately for more than $35 also got many problems. The email servers fail frequently. We only would know if customer feedbacks. We had lost many emails because of that. More importantly, we sent numerous emails to support and got no single reply.

The fact is that this company never replies nor fixes problem. The 10,000 guaranteed visitors is a scam with no deliverables.

Check with your local jurisdictions to find out, where you stand, in terms of customer/consumer rights. At this point, it looks like you're trying to communicate with them, so I have some information, which might be of service. You may already have this information, however we did not see it posted in your Rip-off Report.

Maybe you can get through for a refund or renegotiation on you agreement with them. Hope this helps.
