I used this company for 2 years, that last 4 months my website would go down about 4 days a month and the email became very unreliable. Their only contact was through email and everytime I would email about a problem it would be 3 or 4 days before I would get a response then the email would be working and they would say "everything is working, we don't see any problems.

I have a total of 12 websites hosted by them, 6 of the websites were just for a year. When it came time to renew the hosting plan I would get a email saying that it was about to expire and to log into my account and renew. I didn't want to renew so I left it alone, I then found out a month later that they renewed the account without my approval.

I filed a complaint with Paypal and got my money back on 4 of the accounts. Then 2 days later worldwebhosters.com suspended all my accounts (even the ones that were paid for a year) and when I emailed them they responded by telling me that all I had to do was let them know that I didn't want to renew those accounts.

When I asked to have suspended accounts released they said that they couldn't because of the complaints that I filed against them.

I have since moved one account to another hosting company and I'm in the process of moving all my other accounts also.

Stay away from this company, if you have a complaint with them they don't fix their mistakes they just take your money and suspend your account because their feelings get hurt.
