Worldwide Communications Group / "NOT" a Fraudulent Company

#9UPDATE Employee

Sat, April 11, 2009

To All Concerned:

I have read the above complaints against this company and I have to very strongly
disagree with the above. Yes, it is true that we have had "a few" and I do mean "very few" complaints over the years. If you take notice, all of these complaints occured right around the same time period. We had some bad management problems around this time in our sales dept.
This business is very competitive as well as having a real bad reputation.
We take great strides to do a clean and above board operation here at Worldwide
Communications. And we "DO". Taking into consideration that we have been doing this science 2002, our reputation is very, very good. I do apoligise to anyone who might have felt otherwise, we are here to make friends, as well as lasting clients. Not enemys ! Anyone who might have an issue with this company, please just pick up the telephone and call us. We will always call you back by the next business day.
Respectfully,
Paul Stevens

worldwide communications-fake

I just recieved a bill also, for this company and our company has never put an ad in this 'almanac' and never would have. they also have 'past due' stamped on this fake bill!! Their "new number" is (253) 683-1623 and everytime I call, I get a cellphone voicemail. So I decided to google them and found it was linked to Casino City- a website that I once updated information on becuase they had the wrong info about my company. I can't guarantee that the two companies are related, but it had something about this casino almanac on the Casino City website. I asked my boss if we ever would have done something with this company just to be sure I wasn't mistaken, and she said "NO". Then I googled some more and found THIS website, telling you that they have fake-billed other people and it is a scam. I hope no one else falls for this. PS...I left them a nasty messege the last time I called. :)

Forward "Invoice" to FBI Mail Fraud Division

#9Consumer Comment

Thu, March 27, 2008

We have also received so-called "invoices" from this company. This is a common practice with these bogus popularity lists. Most of these attempts to collect on an unsolicited request will include in fine print "This is not an invoice". This obvious scam is both bold and brazen.

I scanned this invoice into a PDF and sent it to the FBI's fraud division and the Nevada Attorney General. I figure if it's wire fraud they will investigate and prosecute. The worst thing is to do nothing and allow these paramours to go unchallenged.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to include the link to the FBI but it's pretty easy to find on their web site. I filed with my local office in Las Vegas.

BILLS BEING SENT FOR LISTING IN THE CASINO ALMANAC OF NORTH AMERICA

#9UPDATE Employee

Sat, February 09, 2008

Worldwide Comunications represents the Casino Almanac of North America in both a sales capasity as well as asking for monies due to us.
When I personnaly spoke with Terry at the White Cloud Casino and told him that "our" sales representive had told "us" here at this Agency that he had spoken to Terry himself for permission to run this placement.
When informed by Terry that he "had-not" done so, I immediately told him that I was cancelling any and "all" billings and did so with an apology.
This kind of thing happens quite frequently when you work with a group of high strung telephone salespeople who work on commission.
I apologized and that should have been enough.
We do our best to keep it clean, here at Worldwide. Thank You

Paul Stevens
