Complaint Review: Worldwide Construction

Warning: Please Beware these are very unsavory characters who operate under the guise of multiple companies and addresses to fool both the public as well as the authorities. Just like a cat burying it's poop in the sand, these crooks know how to slide betwen the cracks like the serpents they are. See also Quality Remodeling, Diamond Builders, All Stars Remodeling. Have operated a similar racket in FL as well. Why elese would someone need or want so many differnt company names if they were doing good honest work and concred with building  brand awareness and integrity.

Here is the scam: It starts with a telemarketing call asking if you need any work done at the house, they offer to come out and give a free bid. Once in your home they show the licesnse and insurance appearing to be legit. Next comes the hard sell, offering significant sign now discounts. Always in a rush to start the job and collect the check. They will turn aroound and sub to unskilled hacks who have absolutely NO business working on jobs that require any type of skill or craftsmanship. These are guys who are desperate for work and left unsupervised and to their own devices to produce shoddy work. Often times these are drug addicts, sex offenders, and thugs that you do not want in or around your home. They offer them cash under the table money for the work and do not pay until they finish the job. Thus they are in a rush to slop through it, desperate to get paid.  There is absolutely no concern for qulaity. If you have a dispute they have a lawyer on speed dial to cause you a mountain of headaches. 

These shysters have burned countless homeowners in both southern and northern CA, especially preying on the elderly, it is truly deplorable. The CSLB is hot on their trial, but bureaucracy is taking it's sweet time.
