Complaint Review: Worldwide Department Store Jmd Toys

I went online to the Worldwide Department Store website and ordered moonsand for my son for Christmas. The process was just like any other website order. It is now almost two months later and i still have not received this product which I should have gotten two weeks after the order was placed. I am on disability so money does not come my way easily. I would like to get my money back somehow so I can make my child happy at Christmastime. The price of the moonsand, plus shipping, plus tax came to $37.95. Thank you.
