I had the misfortune of using WWRelocations to ship my personal effects from Houston,TX to London and to Saudi Arabia. I filled out my shipping request information online and was contacted by WWRelocations before Christmas last year. As their rates seemed reasonable, I decided to go for them.

Pre-Sales support was great. Daniel and Barbara were prompt and professional in their response before the pick up. WRelocations initially charged me $300. The local agent of WWRelocation came to pick the personal effects on the specified date in the end of December. I paid WWRelocations in full once the shipments were picked up, and I was told that I would receive the Final BOL shortly. Take note that I did not get the initial receipt(s).

I left US in the end of December and did not have any reason to worry about, until the first week of January when I received an email from Loyra stating that I needed to pay almost twice as much for the shipment. In the Invoice, WWRelocations had mentioned charges that were not even mentioned in the Initial quote. As I had been trapped by WWRelocations, I was left with no choice but to pay the money. I was obviously pissed off. I was told verbally that the receipts would be emailed me the following business day, goods would be shipped out in a week's time and that the BOL would be sent me the week following that.

Of course, all of that did not happen. WWRelocations would not answer my phones, did not return my calls nor would not respond to my emails and faxes. I had already paid $2800 for both of my shipments, and did not have BOL, local agent info, shipping line info, scheduled shipping date info and the proof of payment receipts. After sending several emails, I got a reply from Cecil was that he was not able to pull my records. This totally freaked me out.

I referred to RipOff Report after that and saw what this company had done to other customers. But by that time, it was too late. At that point in time, I needed to know where my goods were, the receipts and the BOL. I didnt even know where to start, as I was already abroad. Based on some previous posting suggestions, I wrote to various agencies including FMC, FBI, BBB, various Congressmen, Senators, Pembroke Pines Police, Jeb Bush and several other people. I received a reply from FMC and worked with them to help trace my shipment and to get my stuff back. I cannot thank FMC people enough for their support provided. Without their help, my stuff would not have been tracked, or delivered to its final destination.

WWRelocations did not bother to tell me where my personal effects were. The goods arrived at their destinations, collected demurrage charges and I did not even know that they had actually arrived. WWRelocations did not provide my contact information to local agents, so the local agents did not even know whom to call. WWRelocations would not even return the calls of local agents.

Once the goods were traced, WWRelocations would not pay the local agents and shipping company. And as the time passed by, the storage/demurrage charges kept on increasing. Finally, I ended up paying 500 for UK shipment and $700 for Saudi Arabian shipment to the local agents. The shipments were delivered in the mid of April after almost 4 months and lots of agony, frustration and frantic communications effort.

I have already suffered. But I would like to warn others not to use this blacklisted rogue liar company.
