Worst company ever. Was suckered into buying into worldwide travel service with promises of extreme discounts on all travel services and two weeks free stay per year anywhere in world. Gave clear examples to make sure everyone on same page then once purchased attempted to use service an everything is a lie. Sold service by Larry McQuarrie project director who sold us like a used car sales person with promises of discounts and free stays anywhere. Attempted to use travel services promised one rate then said would be another then when tried to book took them so long to book rate again changed.  Sales pitch promised huge discounts on all inclusive resorts but when booked same rate as walking into travel agent who didn't rip you off for thousand of dollars with lies. Then tried to use free weeks and told they weren't free and I would have to pay for them. Then tried to cancel service and could never talk to Larry again called over 30 times working with terrible customer service managers like Assita, Fred, and Mark who all said that Larry was only one that could help me but won't. All referred to contract signed when reviewed closely states that all sales pitches are just that pitches and can be flat out lies and we are not buying the service because of the promises and lies given in sales pitch but just because we want Worldwide Travel services. 3 months later No refund told to sue them if I want but I will loose.  Worst company ever do not due buss with them total scam.

It's heartbreaking to hear your story. Something that was supposed to bring joy and happiness to turn out to bring such agony and heartbreak. I'm the person who posted above yours and I have obtained an attorney. Feel free to contact me for information I might have to help and if you get any information I would appreciate any information you have too.

Outright False Representation

#6Consumer Comment

The article is absolutely false. How does a company justify its product and representation by stating that they contract with outside marketers/vendors to provide services on behalf of the company? What this article is stating is that even though I am to pay for a service and an outside source is there to provide vouchers or coupons, the company is not responsible? This is aboslutely incredible that a company has the guise to come up with a response like this.

What's more telling is that the company gives no possible method to file a formal complaint other than providing an email address from a gmail account. No individual is identified and there's no point of contact.

This is an absolute scam. I paid for the service $5,443.00 +$200.00 for a voucher. I never benefitted from the money that I paid. I have better luck going to  a casino than give away hard earned money and the stress that comes with this.

For those that says that you cannot sue, you can and should file suit in small claims court for any amount under $10,000.00 in the State of CA. Don't believe anything a company representative says on the phone. Exercise your legal rights, which is what I am going to do.

This Is NOT a "Good" Company!

This company is a total rip off.  All lies.  Not one promise was kept. Oh, but they did keep our money. Thousands of dollars. I wish we would have done the research before going to the presentation. Hopefully someone else will and save thousands of dollars and the heartbreak of having these scam artists rip them off.

Bogus Travel Club

I find it quite reprehensible that you would come on here and threaten the people you've stolen money and time from.  First, every complaint on this site, including the BBB and several others, cant all just be out to get WorldWide Travel. They did not all mis-understand nor did they make these stories up. They are in fact victims of greed and loop holes. They are in fact hard working people that thought that once in their life they caught a break and were looking for, if at least for only a week out of their year, to find the peace and serenity every family/couple looks for, an amazing vacation. And unfortunately they were duped, sure there will be happy customers, but that is only because they are blissfully ignorant. They dont bother to find out if they got a good deal or they're flat out in denial of the truth and cant bring themselves to say "hey I was screwed".  The rest are employees or hired social media experts leaving comments to counteract the bad.

So if you feel justified in taking thousands of dollars from people, more power to you, but when those same people realize that they have been taken for an expensive ride, have some humility or even a little HUMANITY and save the threats and the "we are a great company that gives the average person a great deal and amazing memories". You know what you're doing and you know that there are many more people out there that will still buy the BS you sell. Dont pour salt in the wounds, it makes you look even more disgusting.

For the consumer, do yourselves a favor and make an informative decision, do your research and ask the right questions. Start with...If it's too good to be true, is it in fact true?"........ We had an open mind, if the club really had the deals they claimed we would have happily joined, but as I have worked in the travel industry I smelled a rat and so did my husband. The average example they showed during the presentation were no different than what you would find online. But then they would show you these amazing too good to be true deals, like an amazing million dollar condo on the beach for $70 s night, yeah right..Oh wait they forgot about the condo fees and the all the other little fees that add up to one really normal costing vacation.

Life is hard enough for the average family right now and they are out there looking for something special to make it just a little bit easier, to make it all worth it.  The last thing they need is to lose their hard earned money to a travel club that doesnt deliver the goods.

On behalf of Worldwide Travel, I would like to reach out to anybody that has had an issue with this company in the past. Worldwide Travel is a good company that prides itself in customer service. From time to time during the promotions we offer, we hire outside marketing companies to produce leads for us during our events. We have received complaints from customers in the past , regarding some of the incentives that were used by the outside marketing companies for the different promotions offered. If you or anybody you know has received any incentives from a marketing company in order to attend a Worldwide Travel presentation, and have encounters any problems, please contact us immediately! We have a commitment to our customers, and to our reputation, to make sure that we do whatever we can to make things right. Unfortunately we have discovered that some of these reviews found on this site, have been written by the competing companies in our industry as a way to deter people from joining our club. We encourage you to contact us if you have a legitimate complaint, so that we may fix the problem for you. We are not perfect, and we want to keep a good relationship with people, members or not.

Understand that we have the right to investigate, and legally pursue anybody that has put any negative content about our company or employees, and if found to be an unjust cause, we have the right to press charges for libel (internet graffiti). This is a very serious matter, and is heavily regulated by the Federal government, as a lot of hackers, and bloggers have been able to extort money from good companies and people by committing libel.

Thanks for you fair consideration, and we hope to be of service to you anytime.

If you have a legitimate issue that needs immediately addressed, please email us:
