Purchased a jeep 79cj7 supposedly restored with stated certain tires . I live in Delaware and did not see the vehicle in person . When I received the vehicle the tires were different than advertised (35" tires are expensive ) and the car after inflating the tires once would not go over 20mph Nor would the car drive straight It veered right and off the road if not forceably turned left Turns out the axle was rotated wrong it was re welded The ball joints were broken on the front tires The trains mission shift did not work the transfer case did not work and the "custom speaker " system never turned on The battery was also dead . . I have spend 7k fixing these issues i contacted the dealer and they offered $500 sayin g these problems were not present on their lot So they are basically stating the car courier (it was transported to Delaware from Colorado) moved the axle Changed the tires, drained the battery somehow welded the axle and rotated it ( he must have had a portable welding machine while driving) broke the ball joints and transmission line ... They must think The general public is stupid enough to believe their nonsense They offered $500 with a disclaimer that I could not then post anything negative about the transaction. I tore that offer up And will continue to tell the truth about this pathetic unprofessional And totallly unethical dealer Do not deal with them ever you will be wasting your hard earned money
