Company sold me a 1965 Austin Mini cooper. car arrived filthy with bondo all over the floor. hood once opened shattered

and completely cracked with sticky glue and paint. Brakes barely working, brakes lock, car skids, took almost 1000 feet to stop, emergency brake not working came loose and almost ran over my 9 year old son.

They do not return calls, only txt and reversed blame back on me. They take zero responsibility, then claim

I was harrassing them because I kept trying to get someone to contact me,  they never returned my calls. These are scary people, both owners are trust fund babies who could care less about their customers, very nice and slick when you are there to buy, but once deal is signed your on your own. Please help as I am looking for an atttorney!

I failed to say that I did not buy this car online, I flew out and drove the vehicle before I purchased in in Colorado. It was perfect brakes working well. It did have a small crack that they broght in to repair before they shipped the vehicle. it took over 1 month

to fix, again every time I checked or tried to contact they never returned my call, once I was able to reach someone on the phone after I complained enough, they finally shipped my so called repaired car to me. The first time I lifted the hood

the fenders warped inward and sides scraped and started to crumble apart, not only that the fiberglass and paint were still wet and gummy. I also failed to mention the gas gage and horn didnt work either, which is even more dangerous

because the car takes almost 1000 feet to stop.

...you send your money (and lots of it) to somebody you don't know to be this used car you've never seen, never checked for paint, fit or finish, never test driven, never checked each and every accessory.  You buy this thing based on a picture, words in an email and a voice on the phone!  When it turns out to buy a pile of junk, you blame them!  I'm impressed!  What an example of using common sense with a large purchase!
