I purchased a Motorola RAZR V3 from WorldWide Voltage(www.worldwidevoltage.com).  After receiving the cellphone in the mail I found out that the phone is defective for two reasons...

1.  The phone is in a different language making it very difficult to use.
2.  The wall charger doesn't work.

I emailed them and called them about this issue.  They made excuses and refused to offer a refund.  I then contaced the Better Business Bureau and wrote an online complaint.  The BBB contacted WorldWide Voltage and they agreed to accept it as a return.  They provided me with a return authorization number and told me to mail them the cellphone.  I mailed them the cellphone return using USPS with delivery confirmation.  On 4/9/12 according to USPS track and confirm WorldWide Voltage refused the delivery from USPS and the phone is now in the process of being sent back to me.

I paid $104.99 for a cellphone that is defective.  And I paid USPS $8.75.  So I have lost a total of $113.74.
