This company calls your offices offering to put you at the top of google search engines to increase your business. They tell you they are giving you 30 days free trial and they will only charge $19.99 for the sentences being used to bring you to the top of the search engine.

Once they have your money, they do not put you up live for 3 to 4 days later, yet they are quick to bill you before the 30 days are up without any explanation.

They called me on the 11th of July, they said I would be up and running in 2 days.  4 days went by and nothing,

they bill me on the 14th of July.  I was not happy I had no results from their efforts and I called today, the 13th of August to cancel, which in anyone's minds is within the 30 days and guess what??

They said NO, because I started on the 11th, that is the starting date and NO no refund to the $297 charged.

Then I requested everything to be taken down today, because to push you further, they said my services will be up until the 11 of September. I said I did not want that, I wanted a full refund for the $297 and immediate cancellation.  The account rep, who refused to give his last name "JOE"  and besides there are 3 other Joe's in the office said, he would cancel the service effective today; yet my email said until the 11 of September.

They stick it to their clients however they can, a dishonest group of people and reps that know nothing about customer service.  I am contactng the BBB and the attorney general.  They need to be reported asap.

A scam of scams!!
