Worldwidetimeshares.com, Worldwide Timeshares, Worldwide Advertising rip-off consumer fraud Orlando Florida
Worldwide Timeshares in Orlando FL telemarketer, Gene Perryman and owner Jarrod Rutledge scammed my elderly mother out of hundreds of dollars claiming to have a buyer for her timeshare in his office with a check for $16,000 that he would deposit immediately if she would only give him her check account number.
At first, he wanted $750 up front to sell her timeshare, but she didnt want to sell. Then he called her back a few nights later saying he HAD a BUYER right there and to hurry! before they changed their minds! He needed to deposit it right then and deduct the $750 from the deposit! Of course the next morning,he had EFT drafted $750 from her account and of course no deposit. Calling Worldwide Timeshares, the salesman Gene Perryman, is never in, but they do acknowlege his employment.
The owner Jarrod Rutledge says I have to talk with a Mr. Green to get a copy of any of the records, but he's never there and they don't answer their e-mails. There is no Mr. Green. All they say is non-refundable blah, blah, blah.
Don't ever deal with Worldwide Timeshares aka Worldwide Advertising,aka Worldwidetimesharesales.com The BBB in Orlando has any complaints against them as does the Fl Atty General's Office (and mine's one of them.)

This report has false and misleading information in the title. Please correct or be held liable.
In Fact, Worldwidetimeshares.com is a Domain Name used for a Newsletter. Furthermore, the actual Domain name for the company at the address in the report is Worldwidetimesharesales.com.
The obvious error by Cris of Denver, and your company in not showing due prudence in researching has put this report on Major Search Engines right below one of our Company's Domains.

This has caused undue harm to our Company and property. In Fact, it has caused us a loss of revenues, and is a " Restraint of Trade".
Since corrections obviously will not remedy it's Search Engine placement, we demand that the above report be Immediately pulled from this Website.
