Worthington Capital - Loans FRAUD!! With Signed Contracts they give you no loan and keep you money ripoff New York New York
We were contactedby a rep. (Paticia Lynch)from their company saing after viewing our credit report online we were aproved to recive a loan, but we had t pay a secuity deposit. After reciving a signed garentee we sent money. After the money was not deposited we called them.
They said the lender required more of a deposit. We recived another signed garentee, so we sent the money. Keep in mind we were out all western union fees (to be refunded with the loan). Again after the money was not in our account we called, this time we were told we needed send transfer fees. After another signed garentee we were told that if the lender did not send the money Worthington Capital would cover the loan.
This time we recived a call one hour before we were to have th loan, this time from the manager(Pual) saying the lender filed Bankruptcy and he can get us a new lender if we send them more money. We said no and he said we would have a complete refund in 15 to 30 days. After 30 days I called every day 10 to 12 times a day and left 4 to 5 mesaes a day.
No one at the company will return our phone calls, and now when we call the message is "Welcome to Loans dot com". They took us for around 3000 dollars, and we are still tring to climb out of the whole it put us in.
