Same ripoff senerio as others listed. Free Walmart card, only need to pay $4.95. I said no but couldn't get out of the call with out saying "yes" to a bunch of questions

Never say "Yes" on those calls. Now that you have, it's possible you will see a charge on your cc or bank account that you "authorized" by saying yes to something else. The best thing to do when a telemarketer calls is to say "goodby" or "not interested" and hang up immediately. Watch your accounts. If you see a charge come through that you truly didn't authorize, get in touch with the bank or cc co immediately to stop it.
