I used WoW Mine to PL my character on World of Warcraft. They did a good job the first time, but when I contacted their staff with minor suggestions on their service, and ordered another powerlevel, I was notified 18 hours later that my 3 characters had been deleted. One of which I had spent over a month worth playing! I contacted them, they apologized and said I should contact Blizzard to get them back, which I did to no avail.

I then contacted them and demanded they redo all 3 characters in which they asked if I had proof, which previously, I was promised. I forwarded them the conversation, which they said they would make a folder. BE ADVISED, these are a couple of poor chinks who rip off Americans, and could care less.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AT ALL!

You spendt the money on the game and then PAID someone else to play it for you. You are a dumb @$$. Who buys a game only to pay someone else to play it? Blizzard strictly prohibits the use of these gold farmers and powerlevelers and you suffered the consequences of taking that chance. Your character got deleted because you didn't follow the rules. You ripped off yourself. You want something for nothing and then you get pissed when you get nothing and even lose some. Grow up.

This company did had the live chat set up so you were actually forced to mail comments rather than talk to a rep. Also, all the contact numbers provided on their page either rang with no answer or hung up. Not the case of course when we placed our order. 24hours went by no contact, 48hours went by and we contacted paypal they sent us a letter and when we went to respond we got a undeliverable message.

Don't buy from this vendor!

BTW: What they did with your char.'s is horrific.
