WOW MORTGAGE RELIEF DISCOUNT MORTGAGE RELIEF, UNQUALIFIED SCAMMING COMPANY, Internet
Haytham Elzayn a.k.a. one John Common and his partner Bruce Spurlock of Discount Mortgage Relief are nothing but a couple of shysters to put it mildly. I had the displeasure of attending their so-called training program if that is how you want to coin it. Their training program is more of a brainwashing technique used for the average person who has no idea what the financial sector of this industry entails.
I was hired and left the company immediately following the completion of the their training program (the trainer is the one who needs training); I have a background in the financial industry and was completely disgusted when I heard Discount Mortgage Reliefs philosophy and unknowledgeable teachings (trainers) along with horrific information that oozed from Mr. Commons inability to answer any questions pertaining to modifications himself which lead me to research this company. There is not one individual in that company that has the proper credentials or knowledge to help people who are seeking their assistance. Mr. Commons comes off as a jack of all trades and master of none; his pompous arrogance and cruelty might even be compared to Jim Jones. He is definitely a cruel taskmaster the way he religiously beats his employees verbally counting on their necessity of their jobs.
After one of our so-called trainings I addressed Mr. Common with a question regarding their selling techniques; which are nothing but a huge embellishment of his own figment of imagination of useless information that Discount Mortgage Relief has picked up and put together on their own; Mr. Spurlock appears as a mild mannered man with no common sense what so ever hence his partnership with John Common who looks for people to work with more ignorant than himself. Mr. Spurlock is a shell of a man who wreaks stupidity. There is not one ounce of correct information that DMR has use of; the sales dept. is told to make all these false claims that is simply a bunch of incorrect information and preys on the client signing their contract. Once they sign this contract and try to call and cancel Discount Mortgage Reliefs employees will try to get the client on a catch 22.
After doing the research on this company and John Common I found a vast array of scams this shyster has been involved in. In one of the companies that Mr. Common worked for - a company by the name of Mercer where it appears that he may have partially began his career as a criminal. During my tedious task of looking into Mr. Common I encountered other companies, which he owned; stole from the customers and ran all of the companies into the ground. This company is truly an embarrassment to modification companies that are really out there to help the general public. My suggestion to Mr. Common, Mr. Spurlock and Discount Mortgage Relief is to get your facts together; stop scamming people and settle down in one trade. From the surface it appears this man is not smart enough to succeed in any business hence the jumping around and scamming the general public.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy so any future clients that would happen to be reading this post please do your selves a favor and avoid Mr. Common and Mr. Spurlock at all cost. If you are a client that is presently with Discount Mortgage Relief I strongly suggest that you call them up and request a full refund. Should they refuse your request call the attorney general immediately and notify them of your ordeal with this company. Mr. Common can try to refute any claims to this post and in his quest will have to acknowledge that any information involving courts records are generally public record which is available on-line in most states there are also a stories written about Mr. Common in the Seattle Post and his shenanigans. The latest name that this company is going by is now WOW Mortgage Relief. Stay posted for any new updates. Mr. Common I was not terminated from your company but left on my own accord due to your terrible work ethics!!!

Actually I did not waste my time Mr. Common you obviously are not even smart enough to disguise yourself better. If I even helped one person out of your unscrupulous company that would be enough satisfaction. If you were a helped consumer and I will emphasize the word IF you just happened to be one of the lucky ones and take it as that. So by the rebuttal that you made as far as me wasting my time is an oxymoron statement in itself - So Mr. Consumer are you saying that the Attorney General is wasting their time as well in gathering data against your company. I sure did take my time in extracting information from the correct sources to verify my information correctly as any intelligent law abiding citizen would. I did verify court information and as far as I am concerned once you have been found guilty in this country and it is in black and white it is what it is!!! And I am guessing that the reporter from the Seattle Post was incorrect about this as well ,Mr. Common!!! WOW I can't imagine all these people who verify their information being wrong about him too! Did you ever think that this company does just enough to stay afloat for operation. Like I said Mr. Consumer "Tis The Season" to be grateful and count your blessings that you were not a victim. If this is not the understatement of the year I don't know what is. Another question that I would like to address is why would this company changed their name???? In all my years in the business field I have never heard so much inconsistency in their comments to customers; and changing their name and phone number - if they were doing so well why would they not disclose this to their current/new customers the change of name and so forth - unless it was to conceal something!!!
I will stand by me reasoning that all consumers should research a company before doing business with them. Especially when handing over a large sum of money - after all this is not apples and oranges that you are buying at the market but this is your home.
Actually the name of the poster was very comical too!!! Does not sound like a consumer. Ladies and gentlemen caveat emptor "Let The Buyer Beware". Let the facts speak for themselves "Res ipsa loquitur ".

This company has helped me and my family. We were skeptical but they did exactly what they'd say they'd do, bottom line. You sure did waste a lot of your time researching this company, are you sure you are not a competitor trying to scare away their business? I would and have recommended wow mortgage relief.
