Complaint Review: WOW!

WOW! I had to install Frontier shortly after switching to WOW because the connection was dropping every night and I work from home.  There was a 48 hour outage which cost me two shifts.  They also disabled my autopay without any reason or warning and cut off my internat agian for 24 hours.  I was charged to reconnect both times.

They install defective equipment which disconnects more than 85% of the time. They refuse to pick up this defective equipment and charge late fees. You get a 20 dollar re-connection fee. They also disabled my automatic bill payment without consent and refused to provide reason or tell me.

My internet was shut off without warning for 48 hours without warning and I work from home. I missed two days of work and had to pay another reconnect fee. During the 15 hour outage I missed an opportunity to earn a Cloud Certification and mandatory They installed defective equitment and charged me hundreds of dollars for a service I can't use
