I purchased a WordPress Plug in product via the internet and their website descriptions.  Somewhere I recall a 15 day refund polich.

I was able to download and start the product installation as expected.  The installation suddenly stopped with this message:  "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini"

After several retries I attempted to claim a refund.  Impossible from their website, the only contact available.

I am now using my credit card dispute process to claim my refund.

I initiated a dispute process with CitiCards.com when I filed the original Ripoffreport.  Today, May 20, 2020 I received an e-mail from the "Help Team @ envato.com" advising me that my account has been locked.  "This is due to a Credit Card Payment Dispute or Chargeback raised for a purchase made via your account on Envato Market." I feel like I won that battle and the time with the dispute process was well spent.  They can keep my account locked forever as far as I'm concerned.
