When I first spoke to Adam at the WP management team he answered every question correctly. Main points, I specifically wanted to deal with a local company who had a home office. I wanted to be able to come in and learn how to do certain updates myself. Adam had assured me that they have a local office in Oceanside and I'm more than welcome to come sit down. Well now after 8 months of service and wanting to come get a sit down I am told they work out of their home and have no office for people to visit. My other concern was that I was not paying for outsourced work. There's no sense for me to pay outrageous prices for a company to find someone else in another country to do it for change. I later came to find out that this was a lie. Adam specifically outsources work to people in other countries to lower his costs. I initially paid to have my website converted to a wordpress site the first month. It took over a month to do. After it was done I was told I need to continue my service to build my s****.>
