Wpi friends took my money with out my permission.

I did not give them permission to charge me for something i did not use.

this company needs to stop and refund my mony and anyone else they took from.

Shortly after posting this RipOffReport complaint, Calvin contacted us directly and we resolved this matter to his satisfaction. Because customer service is our number one priority, we have issued refunds for the charges in question. Should there be any further questions or concerns, he can contact our Customer Support Department 24/7 at (800) 243-9726.

Our transaction records indicate that the account in question was created using Calvin's personal information, including credit-card number, mailing address, email address, and IP address. The foregoing information was independently verified using records supplied by Visa/Mastercard, as well as by internet IP-address registries.

Regarding the substance of the complaint, the scenario presented in Calvin's report is not one that realistically could have occurred on our web site. We offer several different types of memberships. While the standard iFriends membership carries no charge, the charges mentioned by Calvin were for additional premium services requested by Calvin. The membership in which Calvin opted to enroll included the fees mentioned in his report. All charges incurred by Calvin on the account were clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance. No customer could incur charges as specified in Calvin's complaint without advance disclosure of such charges and numerous multiple click-throughs by the customer to indicate his acknowledgement and affirmative consent to such charges.
