WPI*FRIENDS VIP Unknown and unasked for addition to Citi Credit card Internet, Florida
When paying my Citi credit card i noticed an entry of $6.95 WPI Friends VIP. I did not authorize it nor do I have the foggiest idea what service they offer. Googling the company I came upon your website and saw other facing the same situation. Thus my complaint

We have cancelled Phydeauxs account and have refunded the charge that he discusses below. Phydeaux was charged because he opened a premium VIP account on the iFriends service. If he has any other questions, we invite him to call us at 1-800-243-9726, a toll-free call.
