I have a complaint about unauthorized billing and taking money out of my bank account without this authorization... I signed up on FRIENDFINDER.com for an introductory price of $1 on February 15, 2009. Then on February 16, 2009, another $9.95 was taken out of my account.. These two charges were authorized by me..

This was the only charges that was authorized by me.. But since that date, the friendfinder people since then have taken out a total of $96.37 on five separate unauthoized payments.. They have taken fees out twice in just the last four days.. The dates that unauthorized payments were taken out of my bank account were march 2, 2009, march 13, 2009, february 17, 2009, april 13, 2009 and april 16, 2009..

I want all of this to end, but i can not find a valid phone number or email address to get these unauthoized charges to stop. And I want a refund of the $96.37 for the charges that they decided to take out without my authorization..

This company makes it very easy to enroll in, but impossible to get out of.. How can I get this resolved as I only get one check a month for disability and this has really put me in dire financial straits.. Can I get a phone number and address so i can directly contact them, or do I need a lawyer to sue them.. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated greatly..

One more thing.. These people uses alot of different names so it looks like different companies are billing me.. I listed most of them on the start of this report under the names of their company.

Unfortunately, because the complaining user did not provide many individual details, we could not find his account. We very much want to resolve the issue that he has brought up, and we strongly urge him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US). Once we speak to him directly, we will be able to resolve the issue completely, and we are committed to providing him with absolute satisfaction.

We are not entirely sure that the user's gripe is with us. If, as he said, he signed up for Friendfinder.com or 7273bill.com, our company has nothing to do with those companies and is not associated with them in any way. If the user has received charges from the company operating that service, he will need to contact them directly to resolve the situation.

If he has received charges directly from iFriends, however, that means that either he or someone else established an account on the iFriends service. Any charges from iFriends will clearly state our company name, as well as a toll-free phone number right on the credit card statement that may be used to contact our Customer Care department. We look forward to working with him to resolve any concerns or questions that he may have.
