WPI iFriends Charges Credit Cards after the Account has been cancelled Florida

The company places charges after the account has been canceled. I have called an cancelled the account twice and I am still getting charged the $6 a month fee.

They claim that they will reimburse the charges, but they never do. This website is the biggest crock and when you call they give you no answers at all.

We regret that you had a disappointing experience with our service. When you called our toll-free 24/7 customer-service support line recently to claim that you had received a $6 charge for a transaction that you had previously cancelled, we indicated that we could find no record of your cancellation, and you indicated that you had no evidence of your cancellation. However, as a courtesy, we cheerfully agreed to refund you $6 anyways, under our "Customer is Always Right" policy.

Your claim that we never reimbursed your charges is also puzzling, when in fact these charges were reimbursed (credited), and will appear on your next credit-card statement, reference DW15949. If we can be of any further assistance in resolving any remaining confusion about this matter, please do not hesitate to call us toll-free anytime day or night, at 1-800-243-9726, reference "SODARSKI".
