To Quote You:
"to the employee
How do you have the audasity to think so highly of yourself.I personaly would not judge a person if i was so uniformed.I contacted your company only to find out that not written in the terms of agreement this charge was not explained. If I were you I would hide my but in my cubical and 'SHUT-UP'!!! WOW what an uninformed employee i need a dumb-... like you on my payroll.I think not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you for your lame excuse for a thought."
Honey,
I wasn't judging you and I don't have the audaCITY to think so highly of myself. lol What I said is a fact and goes for anyone, not just you. If you don't have money to spend on frivolous things than you shouldn't do it. Going to a site like iFriends or any site of this nature is something that only people that have it to spend should do.
You're not the only one in the world that has ever had things cut off from not having the funds. Been there, done that myself, but I don't expect anyone to feel sorry for me and didn't back then either. It was my own fault. I didn't know how to manage money back then.
Now, if you're taking this the wrong way and have to get all childish about it, maybe that's something that you're feeling guilty about... Don't know!
As far as contacting 'my company' only to find out that not written in the terms of agreement... What EXACTLY are you referring to? That statement made no sense what-so-ever. I mentioned nothing about terms of agreement in my previous post.
Oh, and by the way, iFriends isn't the first company to ever have charges show up on a credit card that wasn't authorized ( If that was the case with you ). Billing companies make mistakes all the time.
I've personallly never had iFriends bill me for something I didn't purchase, but my husband was charged twice at a gas station before when he purchased something at their deli. When we noticed the double charge, we contacted the gas station and our bank and the problem was fixed.
Mistakes are a part of life. You just need to learn how to deal with it in a civilized and adult manner to get the problem rectified. It's really not that difficult.
Which leads me to my last and final statements. Because anything else written to me about this will not be responded to... it's not really even worth my time to do so at this point because as my subject title says, "It's Obvious You Have Your Mind Made Up No Matter What Is Said To You..."
Apparently you DON'T read what is in front of you because I clearly stated that I am NOT an iFriends employee. I am a VIDEO CHATHOST. ChatHosts do not work as employees for iFriends. We are contracted out. ( Self-Employed ) I don't work in a cubicle. I personally work in my own home doing cam shows on the site.
I'm also a PAYING MEMBER of the site and have been for 3 years now.
So that being said. I am going to shutup and crawl my BUTT into bed now and thank the gods that you are NOT my boss or even one of my viewers because you're just a rude and bitter human being!

After becoming aware of the above RipOffReport complaint, we were able to locate David's account with iFriends. Shortly after David created his account, he chose to access a premium pay-per-view area of the website. This area carried a per minute charge. This charge was clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and David participated in numerous click-throughs to indicate his acknowledgement and consent to the cost of participating in the premium area. David participated fully in both the text and video portions of the pay-per-view room.
Shortly after posting his complaint, David contacted our Customer Care Department to ask about the account and the charges that he was seeing on his credit card. The Customer Care representative explained that David had chosen to access a premium pay-per-view area, and confirmed the amount of the charge. David requested that the account be cancelled, which was done immediately. David was not billed after his account was cancelled.
If David has any further questions, we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-243-9726, and ask to speak to a supervisor. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our company has a spotless 11-year-record with all of the leading consumer protection agencies, and we are an industry leader in the development of model online consumer best practices. Every one of our web services is verified by TRUSTe to be on its sealholder list of "the most trustworthy online businesses." All prices and terms on our service are clearly and conspicuously disclosed, including use of prominent icons and multiple clickthroughs, in any instance in which a customer will incur charges. In addition, our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to obtain each customer's complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.

That this person should not have signed up for an adult site to begin with if he is unemployed and possibly has to watch his spending. Even if he for some reason only believed he was getting charged a $1.00 and nothing more.
Hello,
I'm not an employee of iFriends, but I am a video chat host there. Video Chat Hosts are contracted out and are considered self-employed.
However, not only am I a chat host, but I'm also a member of the site and have a bit of knowledge in the way the site works for members and hosts alike.
I can tell you after reading many of these complaints about the company that it's apparent people aren't reading everything they should before signing up for a site that requires a credit card because as a member myself I know how much I had to go through to sign up and how much reading and paying attention I had to do upon signing up... OR...
They need to take better care of their credit card numbers and personal information ( for those that are claiming they didn't sign up themselves for the services ).
As a host I can also tell you that we get a lot of people admit that their spouses or significant others do not know they visit the site and once they're found out either they or their spouses call and get refunds because they tell their spouses their card must have been used some how by someone else to avoid "getting into trouble".
This is not fair to us hosts. That is money that we WOULD have received for services rendered, but yet will no longer because of course if iFriends has to refund the money that means we don't get paid for that service. This is our job and for some it's how we pay our own bills and put food on the table for our families.
I can not believe some of the things that are being said either such as this one that I'm responding to.
If he went into paid video with a host and it charged him $46.88 then it's obvious services WERE in fact rendered or he could have left much sooner and not incurred such an amount.
It's also clearly stated upon entering a video chat with a host how much the fee is per minute and or per hour, whichever the viewer chooses. In order to enter the video they have to agree to the charge.
Of course, he might not have gone into video with a host, but joined her FanClub in which it also is clearly stated how much it costs to join a particular hosts special fanclub area.
If the fanclub issue is the case, services were STILL rendered because our Fanclubs are filled with special content ( photos and videos ) that we provide only for those that sign up to join and they would not otherwise get access to without being members of it.
Also, we are restricted from doing certain things that may be considered illegal and too many members that I even care to think about get upset when we refuse to do so and many of those members call and ask for refunds.
I can say I know this for a fact without being a part of the billing part of the company because we can look on our payout statistics page and see which customers have gotten refunds and of course, it only makes sense that if a customer was upset with us that we refused to do an illegal act and they requested a refund... this is more than likely why.
I have nothing but good things to say about iFriends as a member and a host.
I'm proud to be a part of it!
You may post this to the public if you think it's worthy.
Thank you very much for allowing me to send this to you. :)
